Jim Dietrich
I became a Realtor in 2002, and built my business using a relational business model which was effortless given my ability to connect with people. In 2014, I formed a Team, and found great satisfaction in training agents and watching their business grow. I later joined Realty ONE Group, which gave me the opportunity to truly provide support, coaching and create a collaborative work environment for agents to become true professionals. I've served on the local Board of Realtors as VP and as a Director for the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. I also served on the Executive Council for several years at a previous brokerage. I've earned numerous awards over the years, but my most coveted is from a non-profit organization that recognized me for putting their needs before my own. I'm married with two grown children, and live in Upper Bucks County. My son followed in my footsteps joining my Team, and my daughter has a career in the mortgage business. In my spare time, I enjoy golfing and biking. I'm excited to be a part of the ONE Family, and supporting my Agents' growth and success, as well as continuing the relationships I've built in the community.

I was born and raised in Hatboro and currently living my best life in Hatfield Montgomery County. I am married to my best friend and the lucky and proud mom of 3 amazing grown children. I enjoy the outdoors any kind of family time cooking and I love Football.
